One of our goals is to make the job of designing patterns fast, accurate, and fun! With our PatternSmith software, it has never been easier - forget the 2-week class necessary to learn other programs. PatternSmith is user-friendly, and with the intuitive tools, you'll be designing perfect patterns in no time!
If you need to digitize existing patterns, using our CadShot system automatically gets those physical templates into your computer in a digital format. Nest your patterns, and save your work, and you're ready to begin cutting. Using our AutoCut systems is simple!
By offering the industry's first carbon fiber gantry, we set the standard! It is engineered for low-weight and high-strength as required by some of the toughest applications. You can choose from our standard M3, or our heavy-duty, high-speed X5 cutter.
We offer the fastest cutting system available at 72-inches-per-second! Other cutting methods or systems can only try to keep up! Even with these speeds, our quality and consistency in cutting is within +-0.020", which is very accurate!
Reliability is such a large factor when considering equipment, that we have eliminated as many components as possible that need continual adjustment, wear out fast, or completely fail. There are no belts to adjust or cause extra wear. No tensioning is necessary, and no side load is placed on motors to degrade their life. Our rack and pinion gear drive is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

Our systems don't require costly 'local' support from a technician. Troubleshooting is fast and parts are readily available for replacement.
